Ocelot Chocolate
Ocelot is based in Edinburgh and was founded by couple Matt & Ish in 2013 from their kitchen and now have their own micro chocolate factory. They use exclusively organic and ethical produce and mirror this in their business practice. Their packaging is drawn and designed themselves on UK FSC ceritfied paper stock and the inner film is 100% home compostable! They are a living wage employer and work with fair trade cocoa famers. This delicious and eye-catching chocolate makes the perfect stocking filler, though we recommend getting yourself a bar too, less you have as much trouble resisting it as we have since bringing it in store!
