Pay it forward - Period pants
Period poverty affects 1 in 10 people with periods in the UK.
A study by Plan international in 2017 found that 1 in 10 people with periods aged 14 to 21 can't afford to buy menstrual products. 49% of people with periods have missed a day of school due to their period and nearly half were embarrassed about having periods.
Our pay it forward scheme means that by purchasing a pair of zero waste period pants, we can donate a pair to someone in need.
This product is a donation to someone effected by period poverty.
For each pair of 'pay it forward pants' you buy, we will donate a pair within 30 days.
These period pants are donated to those that can't afford them and to Exeter's St Petrocks charity that helps local people suffering from homelessness and who are vulnerably housed Find out more here
