We process all shipping in store and we aim to get it out for you as soon as we can.
Our team packages your orders daily and are available to help you any time between 9.30-5.30 if you have any questions.

RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with the products and service that we offer. If you find yourself wishing to return an item,
please get in contact.

We will then support you with a return or exchange.
All items for return must be unused with all the original tags attached.
Exchange / Refund will be processed after your order is returned to our Exeter Address.
Please note that as a small business, we cannot cover the cost of shipping the return back to the shop.

RETURNS POLICY
Returns on Full Price/ Promotional Purchases
You may return any full price/promotional item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase (or date of delivery) with the original receipt.
If you do not have a receipt you will have to contact us with your name and contact details and the day that you expect the purchase to have been made. The manager will then get in touch to process your refund within 5 working days.
If you wish to return any item(s) Outside of the 30 days, your refund will be processed into store credit in the form of a gift card.
Returns on sale items
You may return any sale item(s) within 15 days from the date of purchase (or date of delivery) with the original receipt.
If you do not have a receipt, you will have to contact us with your name and contact details and the date you expect the purchase to have been made. The manager will then get in touch with you to process your refund within 5 working days.
If you wish to return any sale item(s) Outside of the 15 days, a refund will be processed into store credit in the form of a gift card.
Damaged Items
If you wish to return any damaged item(s) then please visit us in store (or contact us via email) and leave your name, contact details and the product(s) with a staff member and we will be in touch with you within 5 working days with what we can offer. This may be to repair the item(s) or offer you store credit in the form of a gift voucher. You might be eligible for a refund or exchange if you contact us within 30 days of making the purchase, depending on the details of the damage.
We cannot repair or replace any items that you have purchased over 12 months ago.
