Today, I am writing to thank the hardworking teams, both current and past, that have helped make Sancho's such a great success for all these years. We have been so lucky to work with some incredible people in creating Sancho's Journey so far, and are truly grateful for everyone's contributions towards making this shop and business what it is.
In particular, we want to take this opportunity to express our thanks and admiration for Aoife, our incredible Shop and Community Manager. As shop manager, she has been an integral part of the team and her warm nature and compassion will be as familiar to many of our regulars as it is to the entire team. Many people often comment on our great service and how much they love our handwritten notes in each package, as shop manager Aoife wrote to and responded to many of you. We will miss her dearly when the shop closes. And wish her nothing but success in all of her future endeavours.
Our team and the people we have worked with have been integral to selecting items in our collection, serving customers in-store and managing our website and fulfilment. Our fantastic product and content marketing manager Roberta has led many of these efforts and has taken great care of our styling, merchandising and content creation, and is someone you should be following to watch for future work and creative projects.
