We are so excited to introduce you to our new dungarees, ethically made to be incredibly comfortable, flattering and timeless! Here’s 5 things you should know about our own brand dungarees, because we know you’re going to live in them!
1. They’re made locally to us in Devon
Yes! Our dungarees have been produced locally to our Exeter HQ in Cullompton, by a factory that makes small batches of items for independent makers! We’re so pleased we get to make our dungarees here, because it reduces the environmental footprint of the item, PLUS it means we have much better communication with the wonderful makers! Shout out to Theresa & co for doing such a great job.
2. Inclusively sized from UK 6 - 22
If you’ve been following our journey for a while, you’ll know that ethical fashion can sometimes be behind on making clothing inclusive for all body types. We’ve been on the lookout for more inclusive brands, and whilst we’ve found some beautiful brands to stock, we thought we’d just make our own line! Our dungarees come in UK sizes 6 – 22, don’t see your size? Get in touch and we’ll make a note to add it to our next batch of making! Simply email us at customercare@sanchosshop.com.
3. They have adjustable straps
The adjustable straps on our dungarees make them more adjustable for everyone to get the perfect fit! There is definitely no ‘one size fits all’, all bodies are beautifully unique, so making clothing adjustable is a step to making them look and feel great on as many people as possible.
4. Made from Organic Cotton and Bamboo fabric
Our dungarees have been made by an Organic Cotton and Bamboo mix fabric, making them a super soft and stretchy natural fabric! This means you can wash it as much as you like and no microplastics will be shed, plus once it’s been worn out, you can throw it in the compost bin and it will naturally decompose without releasing all that harmful gases that are heating up our planet.
5. Built to be a Versatile, Staple Item!
We know that our customers don’t look for items they will only wear a couple of times, sustainable clothing means wearing it at least 30 times. Our dungaree’s have been designed with versatility in mind to make them a staple in your wardrobe! You can layer your Sancho’s dungarees with a T-shirt and sandals in the summer months or with a chunky jumper, oversized cardigan or long sleeve roll neck top in the cooler months, to keep you toasty without compromising on comfort and style.
