What and who is Vestico?
Vestico shows you what other shoppers, with similar body measurements to you, look like in what you want to buy.
Vestico is a female-led start up, based in London. Their committed team have developed a body matching technology, that can deliver a transparent and inclusive shopping experience and prevent returns that hurt a retailers' bottom line andour planet.
Four out of ten fashion items we buy online get returned. Why? Because they don’t fit properly. Most of us don’t look like the models we see online, so it’s difficult to make the right decisions about size and fit. E-commerce returns are having a devastating impact on our planet due to emissions, repackaging, restocking, and waste (six billion pounds of returns landed in landfill in 2019).
Vestico are convinced there's a better way to shop online: without disappointment, gambling on fit, frustrating returns or body shame.
By asking our shoppers for their images, we are helping future customers to shop with confidence.
How Can I use Vestico?
You’ll start to see a new button on product pages titled ‘What’s my fit?’. Hit the button and enter a few measurements you’ll know about your body - including size, weight and bra size. It will then show you any images we have of the product with a percentage % match and what size of the product they’re wearing for reference. The button will only appear on products that have a customer image uploaded. Check out the button on our Girlfriend Paloma Bra here. Because this shows you the fit of the product, it may show you images of the same product in different colours too!
How do I upload images?
Have a Sancho’s item you want to upload an image of onto our website? Follow this link and search for the product using the product name, or brand it’s from e.g ‘leggings’ ‘Girlfriend’ ‘compressive High rise’
Then simply select the product, upload the image and enter a few details about how well it fit to let future customers know!

How will it help Sancho’s?
Did you know that up to 25% of a retailer’s environmental impact can come from returns? Not to mention the cost to retailers themselves and in some cases – returned clothing can’t be re-sold and ends up in landfill (but don’t worry this doesn’t happen at Sancho’s). As much as we try to make online shopping as easy as possible for all of our customers, returns aren’t always easy to deal with, and the environmental cost is bigger than you imagine. Using vestico to give customers a better idea about how products fit will help to reduce returns which will be better for the environment and us as a small business.
How will it help you?
We try to show a diverse range of models on our website, but you still can’t see how you yourself will look in any given product? Vestico will allow you to see real people, real Sancho’s customers wearing the items that are a similar size and shape to you, to give you confidence in ordering pieces that fit, and you’ll love to wear!
When you click ‘what’s my fit’ you’ll be shown images of customers in the products, and below it will say what size they’re wearing, and details on how it fit them!
Is it a step into a more sustainable future?
In the past year, most of our shopping has moved to online shopping, and even as we come out of a global pandemic, online shopping is becoming more and more popular. Shopping for clothes is one the hardest items to buy online because how it fits can be so different from person to person. Here at Sancho’s, we are always trying to find ways to make it easier for you to buy online including adding measurements where possible, showing a diverse range of models and adding images of clothing details so that you can see it from every angle. But still the question of whether it will fit properly is a gamble. We think that using Vestico at Sancho’s, we can change this, and allow you to try on items via other customers images!
We want you to love your clothes, because loved clothes last. We know that often the clothes you love most are the ones that fit you perfectly! Use our ‘What’s my fit?’ button to find your perfect size now and stop gambling on your favourite new clothing item.
We are the first UK retailer to launch Vestico on our website and we are very excited to see how it improves Sancho’s and our customers experience, as well as support a fellow female-led business!
