We're excited to announce that our shop is now open for appointments. Of course, our customers and colleagues' safety remains the top priority, so we have been working hard to welcome you back safely. We've introduced new measures so you can enjoy a safe and comfortable shopping experience.
When is the shop open?
The shop at 117 Fore Street, Exeter, will be opening for appointments on Fridays and Saturdays from 11 am-4 pm, where you will be able to shop in store.
What safety measures have been put in place?
We are welcoming limited numbers of customers in store on appointments to ensure social distancing measures and there will be hand sanitiser at the shop entrance. There are three types of appointments you can book.
- An Inclusive appointment (15mins)
- A Welcome appointment (30mins)
- A Better Together appointment (1hr for up to 6 people in your bubble)
If you would like to get a better look at some of our gorgeous ethical fashion and zero waste lifestyle items, choose an Inclusive appointment and you'll have 15 mins to pop in and see it in person.
If you want to try on one or a few items you've seen online or on our social media, choose the Welcome appointment. You will have the shop to yourself for 30mins.
If you would like to visit as a group of up to 6 people, please book the Better Together Appointment. You will have the shop to yourselves and even get the chance to put on songs from your own playlist!
Please note: You may need to allow 5 minutes waiting time if there are other customers in store before you that are finishing up as we can only have one party in store at a time.
How do I book the appointments?
You can book appointments here. When booking, you are purchasing a gift card from us that you can use during your appointment or online at a later date. So there is no further commitment to buy on your part.
- An Inclusive appointment (15mins for £1 gift card)
- A Welcome appointment (30mins for a £5 gift card)
- A Better Together appointment (1hr for up to 6 people for a £25 gift card)
When booking an appointment you can add items to your cart to try on in store and exchange or return or you can simply send us a message in your cart as you checkout telling us the items you'd like us to have set aside and ready for you. Please let us know the types of items you are interested in and your size, as we won't have all stock out on the shop floor.
How long is the gift card valid for?
You can use the gift card in your appointment or anytime for up to a year after.
Are you accepting cash?
Yes, but we encourage our customers to make card payments to limit contact.
Will you be asking customers to wear face coverings in store?
In line with the latest Government's guidance, it is now mandatory wearing facial coverings in shops wherever possible.
Can I still place an order online for delivery?
Yes. We are following the advice of the public health authorities and are still making deliveries for online orders. Exeter city deliveries are free for July. Your packages are prepared by Vidmantas, who is maintaining a high level of sanitation and is currently 100% healthy. He also provides contact-free delivery in Exeter and will deliver your parcels to your door to collect. UK deliveries are always free on orders over £50, the delivery may take up to 5 working days. We also deliver internationally as follows:
£8.50 Europe (5-7 working days)
£10.50 North America (7-15 working days)
£20 All other regions (15-20 working days)
All outside orders are shipped by our couriers, who are also maintaining social distancing and contactless delivery. All parcels are tracked and you can see where they are.
